• FOH Trainers are here to Train our new team members in all FOH Areas.

• We are expected to bring new hires up to speed in a timely and effective manner

• We are also, however, expected to encourage current team members to perform at our high standard of excellence

• While trainers are not expected to be perfect at all they do, they are expected to be the more knowledgeable team members in the restaurant

• Trainers are expected to follow correct policy and procedures, always

• As a reminder, trainers are NOT leaders. Authority on shift and in the restaurant defers to shift leaders/directors

• You may at times be given responsibilities to support leadership and guide the team

• Be mindful of how you instruct others to follow procedures
