Trainer Expectations
Below are the qualifications a trainer must have and the expectations for the position

Level 1 Trainers are here to Train our new team members in Front Counter Operations, while Level 2 Trainers are here to Train our new team members in Drive-Thru Operations.
We are expected to bring new hires up to speed in a timely and effective manner
We are also, however, expected to encourage current team members to perform at our high standard of excellence

While trainers are not expected to be perfect at all they do, they are expected to be the more knowledgeable team members in the restaurant
Trainers are expected to follow correct policy and procedures, always

As a reminder, trainers are NOT leaders. Authority on shift and in the restaurant defers to shift leaders/directors
You may at times be given responsibilities to support leadership and guide the team
Be mindful of how you instruct others to follow procedures
